ALFAKEM: REPAINT your RIB Tubes

This paint project is being held at the workshop of KRL RIBS ,www.klr.gr, where they apply REPAINT, which is a special formula flexible PAINT for Neoprene fabric, PVC fabric, real - artificial Leather and some plastics. The customer decided on a dark grey color, RAL 7021, since his rib tubes were faded and in a bad condition.
The paint process started with cleaning thoroughly the rib tubes to remove all dirt.
Then they sanded slightly the surface to create a rough background
Next step was to clean all dust with acetone
Finally the paint application was done by a gun with 1.4mm nozzle with many consecutive passes.
