Hey! Just place a timer, add your sequencer to it, and set the timer to turn on every 2 seconds. Let me know if you have more questions!

How do i get the sequencer to copy the settings? When i try, it duplicates it instead.

You've got to hold shift and drag the mouse to the item you want to copy settings to. Hope this helps!
