Many other music on youtube doesn't seem to do this, I find it rare to find channels like Avery's and the few others I follow here that make this kind of stuff.
I remember my time in Pripyat. We were deployed there as a 2 man sniper team to take out an HVT. Dodging pockets of radiation, armed patrols, choppers and wild dogs just to get to our hide site on the top floor of an abandoned building. Waited there with the .50 cal in position for a day or two before finally getting eyes on target and taking the shot. After that, all hell broke loose and we barely made it out alive. Our extraction was near that same ferris wheel.
It gives a really good “Thinking about philosophy in the apocalypse” feel. I could totally see a survivor who’s wondering the world trying to scavenge supplies also out loud asking questions about their existence such as “Am I just as dead as everyone else even if my body and mind are still intact?” Or “Am I in hell, heaven, or purgatory.” Not losing their mind, but rather having no one else to talk to or even any threats to worry about other than meeting basic needs so they try and find purpose and meaning because they know it’s ultimately futile either way. It’s a good time. It’s almost meditative actually, specifically because of the image it gives. Neat work
I just could imagine a new post apocalyptic game, where you are in a barren wasteland all alone vs raiders, groups, military personnel, etc, and this playing when you get to a new landmark. Truly is mystical the way you compose! I hope one day I get to see a game that uses your music expertise!
I love that every track here doesn't overdo things. Many copyright free tracks out there sound like garbage because they got one part that is good, then there is another part that is terrible and ruins the whole track. These track don't do that.
When you enter the backrooms to a snow scape. Speaking of, I wanna see you try doing something SCP or Backrooms themed. Your very talented in atmospheric themes.
Great track as always. Have you thought about creating a playlist for your Post-Apocalyotic tracks ? I'd really like to put them on repeat while working.
There's something about the melody in this that I like.. I can't quite grasp the mood of it. It's not sad, it's not ominous, it's not peaceful. I just can't quite grasp the picture it's trying to convey, yet I like to listen to it.
very good music , Is this free to use with my video? How to give credit on youtube video? (I did not know about rule of putting music in youtube clip) Really appreciate sir.
The reason why Avery’s music is good is because it keeps a steady mood throughout the track and doesn’t fluctuate, keeping the same vibe

@@TheIronSnowMan8D it is true bro, Avery Alexander’s track so good
🙏
But has enough variation to stay fresh and never repetative

avery upload, glad to see that the channel is still going after all these years 🙂
It feels weird knowing it's been over a decade lol

“Am I in hell, heaven, or purgatory" wow that's deep, I love this quote now

"Empty streets, empty dreams. Don't stay too long in the dead city, you might just find yourself becoming a permanent resident."
Sick ass comment.
This guy always brings the best comments
I wouldn’t mind being a permanent resident of the dead city.
Seems rather peaceful
Sleep is a chronic issue for me, music like this makes sleeping a little more bearable.
I'm glad it helps you! I also tend to fall asleep with this genre on restless nights. All the best to you.
I want to walk around an abandoned and delapitated town with this on in the background
I’m gonna need that one hour my boy
why is it so nostalgic
Much like 60 thousand people used to live here, you deserve about 60 thousand more subs (every day).

Another epic song as always!
Thank you!

Nice 👌
Great song! Mysterious vibes for sure.
My man, amazing as always, I woud like to hear more of apocaliptic (stalker/chernobyl) music, keep up
Thank you! I will definitely have more coming. That's probably my favorite genre to make 🙂
Hi Avery how you doing?
Good, thanks! And you? I haven't forgotten your request 👍🏼
@@Avery_Alexander thanks, I’m doing great, got the highest honor roll in my school. you do what’s more important first, keep up your amazing work.
The GOAT
This is a really good track (as always, ofc), but that picture tho...
"Fifty-thousand people used to live here... now it's a ghost town."
I dont know why a big time game company or movie director hasnt contacted this legend yet. He makes better background/soundtrack music than anyone.
Early gang, always here for another Avery Alexander soundtrack
🙌
Просто лучший, больше нет слов
really interesting. keep it up bro.
Thanks!
beautiful
Thank you!

That’s what the earth shall turn into if humanity continues its course.
A post apocalyptic remnant
welcome to the future.
Peace be with you
If I get my Netflix deal and sell the copyrights to my book ima insist they use you to do the music! Everything you create is amazing
Great track as always.

Feels like something you could hear in a Silent Hill game.

50,000 people used to live here now it’s a ghost town…
Do you have a BandCamp or something where I can buy your stuff?
I do! You can find the link on my channel page.
@@Avery_Alexander Awesome! I'll pick up a few albums soon. Have to do some listening and figure out which ones.
Is that picture of chernobyl?
Marry me this instant
