yes, the shopping cart alarms/warnings are becoming a thing because people are stealing them or taking them off property.
Kewpie and Pietro are Japanese food brands that have been around for a long, long time.
Yay the goat milk hand cream is back! It’s light in texture - not greasy and absorbed well.
I have bought the Kewpie roasted sesame dressing and marinade.its delicious!
We love the sesame dressing too. Have to check out the new version!
I have seen the wheel lock here in Florida. Some of the retailers also use them as a theft deterrent for those who try to leave with unpaid items in the cart. Can be locked at the door asw well.
I think in this case its the location is so small, including the parking lot. And is surrounded by other retailers so in order to keep their carts nearby they will lock once they pass a certain point in the parking lot. Theres a yellow boarder around the parking lot with signs everywhere
We love the Quinoa. You can make it with chicken stock and/or add spices and veggies to change it up. So easy to cook. We eat it hot or cold.

I cook it in a rice cooker. Comes out good and my dogs like it too.

Costco Quinoa is a staple in our home. I make a quinoa stir fry with chicken stock, tofu, zucchini,spinach,garlic,sesame seeds,cashews and red pepper in a wok with soy sauce, to die for! Great for breakfast or anytime!
I've had the Kirkland Basmati rice in that bag before. It's really good. I have a giant lidded food container from Costco Business I keep it in, then decant some into a smaller canister for easier usage.
Mushroom ravioli sounds great!
Quinoa is a good deal - good for quinoa salad.

The quinoa is very good. You don’t have to rinse it and it cooks beautifully in a rice cooker. I love the clothes rack you mentioned a few weeks ago. It took awhile for my store to carry it. Very sturdy and light weight.
The air purifier is a fantastic price. With the fires in California where you are, and the traveling smoke, investing in a good one is key. The kitchen gadgets are also looking great and with the fall/winter weather coming, the heat from the griddle will help keep houses warm.
The massive skeleton that you showed us definitely reminds me of the one from The Home Depot! I wonder if it's from the same company. Thanks, also, for reminding us to think about pets and plants if we buy them.
Also, that sandwich looked good! Glad it was worth the 900+ calories!

I buy the Lemon Cheesecake desserts from the Costco in Garden Grove or Fullerton. They are sooooo good! And you are right about the Dole Whip. I thought I was getting Disneyland Dole Whip, but I was bamboozled😅

Thanks for letting us know about that Air Purifier. I have a few smaller ones but what a deal if it covers a whopping 1800 sqft.! We just had our floors replaced and there is a lot of dust from removing the carpets and placing the Pergola. Thanks Gina. I am going to pick one of these up.
The device on the shopping cart is to prevent taking the cart from the parking lot.
Yes .. those are devices that prevent people from stealing the shopping carts..
I have the Nespresso Vertuo duo and I don't use the capsules. I found some reusable ones on Amazon and I use those. The capsules are expensive and I only drink water process decaf.
Other stores have used the wheel lock but be careful bc it may stop your cart before you get to your vehicle...it has happened to me a couple of times.
That happens to me at Kroger. The absolute most annoying thing 😒. I understand but still annoying. It's always when I have too many bags to wing it without the cart.
What is the reasoning behind this, do you know?
@@allison471it keeps their shopping carts from leaving the parking lots. In some areas people like to walk off with the carts. Probably not the cost co customers but maybe random people walking buy.

Where are you seeing the moon cakes? I've never seen them at my costco in utah.
I tried the lava moon cakes last year, its totally not melting....very disappointed especially for the high price!

I hate to say this but the sandwich looks really small for the price
I didn’t care for the dole whip either. Tasted very artificial and not appetizing sadly.
