Weeks to recover - for those who didn't fucking get killed by it. He's so phenomenally strong it blows your mind if you're an "average" person like me. Plus I'm an American, so I'm lazy and stupid by nature.
It's carb gain: so when you accumulate a certain amount of bulk and muscle as it is, then you can carb up. You need to train hard and get lots of protein intake first, then you can carb up like that! :)
This was still very healthy. His Burger was with Mozzarella cheese or somethinglike that, and for his Steak he didn't even use bullshit sauce, just seasoning and vegetables. I didn't see anything that wasn't clean food.
@T Morales yes what I mean though is that even what he considers "junk food" is relatively clean and healthy. I saw a healthy Burger, I saw good steaks, no factory farm product. No steak sauce that would have added sugar and bullshit. With maybe the exception of pizza (depends what pizza, what doe, what pizza sauce, which cheese and toppings) this is the healthier "junk" food you can get.

I like the videos exactly how they are Mon-Fri etc. The eating training, the lake, boat and shopping. Additional ideas maybe more on supplements, which ones and more on how they work and make you stronger. I like your log lifting workouts and maybe something on how to focus or train for an individual event on how to improve For example bench press etc or maybe how to lift an Atlas stone off the ground floor etc. Thanks for your videos.
