    What happens if you join as an already qualified chef? Will you still go through basic kitchen training for example?
    I guess they need to teach you their way.

      You will still need to go through basic military training. If you’re trade qualified you may be able to skip trades training

    reason why i was in afganistan 2 tours as a true combat chef..british always had to have the fancy shit that did not need..none new what a cowboy dutch oven was..

      always had two pots , seasonins and a way to make fresh bread and pasta and sauce

      Who gives a fuck mate what army you were in as a ex squaddie we ate what was given the brit cooks worked from a hole in the ground if needed serving top nosh for the lads lol 😆😂
