- From coast to coast, calls to end the Israel-Hamas war are spreading on college campuses. Police in New York say more than 100 people were arrested at New York University. At Columbia University, courses are being offered online through the end of the semester, and there were protests as well in Minnesota and California. NBC News' Erin McLaughlin reports.

1.) There's no solid evidence all Palestinians support Hamas, and collective guilt is unacceptable.
2.) Recent polling of them is not an election, there's been no election since 2006 and since half or more were too young to vote then we don't have solid election data to know what percentage supports them.
3.) A third group (many 🇵🇸 ✝️), according to DNA studies from Megiddo, are indigenous and trace back to at least 3100 B.C. so they no doubt get a 🇵🇸 to stay in alongside 🇮🇱, which should get 🇺🇸 ✝️ support.
4.) Some of them are in Gaza and I imagine they and the rest support a two state solution to live where they own property.

They could have starved the Gazans to death months ago by not allowing and food, water or humanitarian aid into Gaza. Instead, there are an average of 100 semi trucks a day entering Gaza with food, water and other humanitarian aid, plus air drops of food and water.
It is not the Israeli's fault that Hamas hides behind civilians while shooting at the Israelis.
If Israel is so horrible, why do 1,650,000 Palestinians live in Israel as Israeli citizens, instead of living with their fellow Palestinians? Why arent any of them protesting and fighting the Jews? Why have the Israelis issued work permits to tens of thousands of Gazans to work in Israel every day?

If those investments are contrary to their beliefs, they have the right to seek their degree at another top tier university in the world.

Their schools have ties to companies connected either directly to weapons manufacturing or Israel, them causing these disturbances forces the university to consider divesting. if they were like other protestors like global warming protestors who throw soup at art and block up roads all the time then they really would not be making a difference

Will these universities and politicians act the same if these were Israeli people doing the same type of protest? I doubt it as we see rhetoric from schools and politicians making Islamophobia, comments, and racial comments towards people of Palestinian and Muslim. Again, America’s double standards. no one‘s condoning speech or violence, but when a majority of the people are protesting in peace, and just a couple people are bad actors doesn’t mean the protest is made of all bad actors. I guess these universities forgot that these kids are the ones that pay for the schools to teach them not the other way around.

I can tell you where most of the money is going. It's to build up campuses with high end projects and buildings that won't see much of an ROI for the majority of the current and future attending generations. What needs to start happening is questioning the indoctrination of the majority of these students in the majority of these majors that don't translate to real world skills.
