- Went out with the Olympus Omd E-m10 mark iii for a little photo walk while the weather was nice. I think I found a few nice things to photograph.

Excellent video Colton! I just saw a Olympus camera with a lens at a local used electronics shop, I might take a second look. I do not know the series I know it was small, full of dials and had OMD on it. I assume it is a M4/3 camera. How is your experiences with the camera and colour science? I told myself less gear, more photos! Having bought into the Pentax ecosystem it hard for me to justify getting another camera with additional lens. Thanks always for sharing!
I've found the color science to be solid. I think Olympus and Pentax both have excellent color science! The Olympus I have has extremely similar colors to what I get out of the Olympus E300 & E500. So definitely good stuff there! I also appreciate how compact the camera and lens are for Olympus cameras.
@@ColtonMatocha Thanks for the information, I am on the fence, but sometimes just waiting out the urge to buy...and head out to take photos...may save me some money! :)

'It aint me'. But then i got distracted by trying to figure out how you lace your shoes.... Oly camera - so i know you never take my guidance on these matters (still no beautiful 5MP E-1), and i know i don't know anything about the non-Pro Oly gear, but what's cheap now but still amazing is the E-M1X. One thing the E-M1 line lets you do is run the original 4/3 glass like you have for your 300 and 500 - they have PD AF so all you need is the adapter. Even the original 16MP E-M1 is a good EDC and super-small if that's yer thang. Anyway, the X is crazy good build, ergonomically and feature-wise - at the price - for a MFT camera: 3k new in 2019 and 650ish on the 2nd-hand market now. It's fast and beautifully balanced - borrow one and try it?
I had been curious about a mft olympus that might put out a little better image quality than my entry level em10. I'll have to keep my eye out! ☺️
