You’re amazing. Thank you for being so thorough!! I’m not a beginner but I really appreciate you explaining the size gauge and everything! Sending love to you
Greetings from India..Excellent tutorials. The size charts and measurements takes us precisely to the right size..I made a baby dress following your teaching ..You are a wonderful teacher
Literally just sewed on the buttons! I used a size 5.5mm hook and your largest size to make it even bigger..lol. I used Red Heart "retro stripe" and my grand baby will not get lost in the snowbanks of the Canadian tundra....thank you so much for such an easy pattern to follow and understand. This won't be my last!
Hi Kim I would love to see your fluorescent hoodie. I just finished it but ran out of yarn so replaced the hood with a collar. Isn't she a great teacher.
I truly enjoyed making this. It was easy to follow and turned out LOVELY!💜 Thank you much for sharing this pattern… I will definitely be creating another!😉
Thank you so much for this tutorial; you explained it well and understood perfectly; even a beginner can do it; I really followed it to the end both parts-1 & 2.
I finished mine 😊 Really enjoyed making it for my brother in law's baby who is due in May. I made it 6-9 months so she (they are having a girl) can wear it for when winter comes (they live in Canada). Thank you for a great tutorial.
@@lisacarter-evans4313same.... I'm traveling to visit my granddaughter tomorrow. It'll be a cute surprise. 😊 (I'm just hoping to figure out the ears soon. 🤞🏾🙂)
Hi Simona, I have just finished making this and I was not at all disappointed, it was so very easy as with all your beautiful items. I added a single crochet edge all round and some bear ears on the hood and it turned out fabulous. I made the smallest size for my newborn grand niece, I would loveto see lots more of these in different patterns when you have the time. Thank you so much for this as always. Kim xx
The first part felt so easy but this part 2 is really kicking my butt. I don’t know why I find it so complicated to understand :( But i won’t give up! I’m having a hard time though with the logistics of the legs and sleeves. For some reason I can’t identify what a chain one looks like or where the first stitch is that I’m supposed to slip stitch into. I’ve had to frog my legs and sleeves about 5 times each. Any tips on how to identify where I am? A stitch marker perhaps? I just feel really defeated. It’s not your teaching though you are very good at demonstrating and explaining but for some reason I’m having trouble.
Hi Just to update you on doing this bodysuit I finished it today and I’m very pleased with it,your instructions are perfect also sizes, thanks again for your wonderful talent. Tried to add picture but can’t.
Simona, thank you so much for this lovely pattern! You explain it well and it was easy for me to follow, it turned out pretty good. I do really want to crochet those ears that are seen on the onesies you show at the beginning. Any chance that you can tell/write/show how to do these? ❤❤
Thank you for sharing! I just finished making this and loved it! The only problem I had was doing the ribbing for ankle and wrist but I got it! Can you do a video on making diaper cover for a 1 yr old? I made your ruffle dress and thought a diaper cover would be cute! Thank you
I absolutely love crocheting your garments, you explain everything so very well that I have no trouble with the pattern. Thankyou for your time and tuition. I wonder if I could request you make some dungarees? The ones I've seen are so basic and don't really inspire me. Keep doing what you do. I love it 🥰xx
I’m in the USA and most of us use inches and not Centimeters, it seems like you maybe in the UK or somewhere else outside of the USA. Is there a way you can do the measurements in Centimeters and Inches, it seems that when doing work in Centimeters it’s doing extra work to figure out the inches for someone doing something in Centimeters. Your project seems to be coming out very nice.
I finished this romper but didnt put the hood I just made a collar from one of your other tutorials. But it was a huge hit. My friend's mom asked me to make her one in adult size. 😱🤪😂
@@sharondensmore5052 I just did single crochet all the way to the end of the next side. Then did a chain of 10 and did single crochet in the back loop starting in the first chain from the hook. Single crochet 9 times until you get back to the collar. Then slip stitch in 2 stitches. Then turn your work and single crochet in the back loop up the line 9 times. It is a repeat of that all the way until the end. I couldn't find the actual video that Simona does this in. But she has several with that pattern. I hope this helps you.
Hi Simona Absolutely love your tutorials. I made this onsie for my grandson and it turned our perfect. Now mom would like another but without the hood for cars eat safety. Any advice on a different collar would be appreciated.

Hi Simona. I am loving making the 6-9 month size as your patterns are fabulous! After 4 decreases I have 36 stitches on the leg. Must I continue to decrease until I reach 30 stitches or can I leave at 36 stitches? Many thanks.

I’m at the legs. After all the decreases are done what are the two steps for the two rows. Do I always crochet into the first stitch when I start new row on both rows
hello, so ihave been following this, and i am using a different gauge yarn. it seemed to not matter until your metric for circumference for the legs was 30 stitches. is there an equivalent length of the leg holes that you could provide for me to aim for? thanks
Love this pattern and love your tutorial . My new grandson was born on Wednesday and I am just doing the rib on my first leg 😍 However I just cannot get on with the slipstitch ribbing I just cant get it neat like yours. I have gone down a hook size and am doing a sc ribbing using a chain of 18. It looks ok so far but I am worried it will not cinch in like yours does. What do you think?
Hello Simona, I’m currently at the ribbing of my first pant leg. I’ve been at it now for approx. 4 hours. When doing the ribbing with slip stitch I can’t get my crochet hook in the stitch. I’ve you tubed several videos on ribbing and found a few with a single crochet back loop vs slip stitch which seem to work but it’s too wide. What size of hook would you recommend I use? I used a 5.5 for the romper. Thank you in advance.
I think you should frog the last row on single crochet on the leg and do some more decreasing ( just the last row) maybe down to 26 or 24 stitches and a 4.5 mm or even smaller hook
Hi Simona, your advice worked very well. I’m super happy with the legs. I decreased to 24 and used a 4mm crochet. One more question, I have 28 sts in my arm, last single crochet row, how much should I decrease before the ribbing? Down to 22? Thank you
Hi there. I'm a bit confused about the length of the arms. Yours was measured with the ribbing folded and measured 16cm, so I am wondering how long is the patterned part before starting the ribbing. Is it 15cm pattern then the ribbing? If it was unfolded it would surely be around 20 cm altogether. Hope you can help me with this query. Thank you for such a lovely project. X K
