- Ananya's parents feel they have found the perfect guy for her and are setting up her arranged marriage. But whether the guy is perfect or not, is the least of Ananya's concerns. Somehow, she has to break it to her unsuspecting parents that she can never get married to a guy or any guy for that matter, because she is a lesbian. But even if she gathers up enough courage to tell them, will they accept her? Will her younger brother be of help or only make matters worse? Either way, Ananya has the monumental task of coming out to her parents ahead of her.

Might have mixed up terminology. I don't think there was a need for you to be this confrontational. All they did was express pride in their gender identity. Also would like to point out that being attracted to "girly things" is not as much of a defining factor for gender identity or gender expression. If that were the case, every single person who dresses androgynous or wears society-proclaimed feminine wear would identify as a trans person.
