Broken Old Drill Restoration

I both this corded drill with 5$ from Sunday Market it was sold for parts and I thought it's perfect for restoration.The problem with the drill it was the switch and i havent post it on the video because it 's been a lot of work to fix it .
I couldnt find the exact year of fabrication of corded drill Black&Decker DNJ 62 but what i saw on internet must be from 1980.If you know put it on a comm i would like to know the year of fabrication.
The brush i found it very easy on internet for 6$ and the paint i use it Peugeot Panama Beige and Ford Carnival Red .
