My son’s first word was “daddy,” but his first full sentence was “Wake up, Jeff!”
I loved the Wake Up Jeff song SO MUCH as a child. And one of my absolute favourite aspects of the Wiggles WAS Jeff falling asleep. I loved feeling involved in waking him up!
I teared up watching the documentary. All those memories of my kids when they were small. We loved how the Wiggles were fun and silly, but not condescending. We're glad the kids got to see them live.
That’s why Jeff was always falling asleep? I thought it was meant to be a running gag!
I read one time that gag was originally going to be for Anthony and then they gave it to Jeff because it felt more suitable for him. Then when the new Wiggles joined, Lachy got the running gag for sleeping.
Here I was thinking it was narcolepsy.
Nevertheless, WAKE UP JEFF!!!!
@@richardraffanello3759 I guess it’s a purple Wiggle thing. You will fall asleep if you wear a purple wiggles shirt
And Jeff also said that he’s a light sleeper
i just watched the documentary and some parts had me in tears. just hearing the stories along with all the nostalgia was overwhelming but i loved it so much
I hold these guys in the same high regard as Steve from Blue's Clues, Steve Irwin, and Mr. Rogers.
Yep, Jeff has never been able to live it down from then on in. Wake up Jeff!! 😂
I get such a flashback of my sister interacting with the Wiggles, especially during Wake Up, Jeff. I never knew it was just because of I presume fright or precaution he was always asleep LOL
💜
G'day, wiggles.
I like your song "Wake Up, Jeff!".
Murray plays Wake up Jeff, that funnily, he doesn't remember the whole song.
1:04 You’re missing all the fun now!
not murray forgetting the lyrics to wake up jeff ☠☠
I just watched the doco this Arvo it made me cry near the end it was better than I imagined I loved the wiggles 💛💙❤️💜
Jeff would be tired after a very long show and he would fall asleep and I yelled wake up Jeff and it worked.
I would say WAKE THE F UP JEFF
I absolutely miss the original generation Wiggles. I grew up with them. ❤
I find Wake Up Jeff is quite funny, 1, 2, 3, WAKE UP JEFF
Ah, the band of my childhood. 😊
My dad looks exactly like Greg
I grew up with The Wiggles and Barney and Sesame Street and Clifford the Big Red Dog and Yo Gabba Gabba so I was interested in this documentary right from the beginning
Yeah same I watched the Barney documentary depressing but really interesting and a lot of good points they made
It’ll be a sad day once Jeff passes where we can’t wake him up 😢😢😢 but until then we can wake him up
And a voodoo priestess would raise Jeff from the dead with voodoo
Murray's got some memory refreshing to do. But he's still a cool guy.
That clip was from Big Red Car video from 1995 at 0:48!!!!
Wiggles is my favorite show and wake up Jeff I sleeping my bad my time and I took a nap so Yoshi is sleeping in after Nadia’s room
I thought Jeff falling asleep all the time was just a running gag throughout the show.
That bonus clip was from Wake Up Jeff! video!!!! at 0:26

The Wake Up Tree thing is a little too much. But I'm sure the preschoolers in Australia had a fun time with it. Also, I hate loathe despise and burn Captain Feathersword
