Those guys are Rip Tompkins and and Ken Palmer who were one the best climbers in the tree care industry. They are are both master riggers and Rip was one the best climbers in Massachusetts in his day.

Sorry to be so negative but i would also suggest a climbing helmet...We stopped using those horrible husquana helmets years ago.
