Where does the little round thing go? Does t seem to fit flush under the coffee. Also, why isn’t’ the capsule going automatically into the Nepresso bin?

Hi there, thank you for reaching our. The cup support/drip tray can be clipped on to the machine using the little clip on the machine. However, if you would like to use a bigger glass or mug, the drip tray/cup support can be removed to ensure the glass or mug fits under the machine. I hope this helps clarify things for you!
Why is it a double click?
Hi Jessie, thank you for reaching out. A double click has been used to alter the capsule extraction amount. Our Inizio blend should automatically express as a Gran Lungo (150ml), however by double clicking the Pop machine it will instead express at Espresso Size (40ml). We hope this helps. Many thanks.
Should I froth the milk before or after??
We recommend brewing an Over Ice capsule directly over iced and the frothed cold milk.
Bought this machine today and had my first coffee , it was great! Does the machine automatically determine the quantity to express ? I dint know about the double click ...i have vertuo pop plus BTW

To my understanding, each “pod” has a barcode on the rim which tells the machine how much to brew for that particular pod.
@Parker_Garage yes it does! And also if you double press the brew button it will express a strong dose...typically half the water express amount of the pod

Hi there, the double click procedure is meant for a concentrated coffee. Please watch the whole video to know more about the final size after that certain procedure 😊

Hi there! The 12oz Cold Brew Style will brew at a slightly lower temperature. Please keep in mind that this capsule brews exclusively in the Vertuo Next, Vertuo Pop, Vertuo Creatista, and Vertuo Lattissima. Ice Forte and Ice Leggero will brew in any Vertuo machine, however, they brew at a hot temperature and will need to be chilled.
@@nespresso May I suggest that you add this information to the Nespresso websites (every country) under the description for these iced coffees? I have had my machine for six months, have used the cold brew, iced forte and iced leggero and have wondered the same thing this whole time. Also thank you for answering this without asking where the inquisitor is from.
The double click feature on my machine doesn’t work. I’ve only had the Vertuo Next for 1 1/2 months.

This machines vertuo pop I be changed 3 times and still give me a problem blinking light after taking out from new box..damn it Nespresso!! I need refund now!!
