In my opinion, small -- or at least medium-sized -- parks work best. The trade-off is that while you don't have as much stuff so skate, and perhaps not as many spots as you'd like, you can add more detail. Not only that, but the limits of the game in conjunction with the limits of the park's size force you to get more and more creative. I really like this park. Very well-done if you ask me.

This guy is a genius! Good creativity with the benches, Shut windows and even the fences was a great idea! it definitely gives the fence to the park a better looking texture.
