@@tylerhoop5312 It may be footage of Yamato firing, however it's not at Midway She took no part in the engagement being too far behind the IJN carrier fleet. That apart she only fired her main armament once in anger at surface targets, in Oct.1944.
Just want to say that the US dive bombers (SBD-3s) were deadly to zeros, there was one fight when 9 SBD-3s shot down 9 out of 11 zeros for 1 SBD-3, the two that got away could not fly because of the critical damage
