- i've got a 2 day wear test of the patrick starr one/size turn up the base buttermilk concealer on my mature skin with major hyperpigmentation. it's not one that i would recommend at this point, but i will keep wearing it to give you my final thoughts at the end of the month.

my apologies for the abrupt stop in my video. for my 2nd day wear test, i found that under my eyes, it was good, but it did break up around my upper lip and on my cheeks. at this point, i would not recommend this concealer as there are others that are better. i will continue testing this concealer and give you my final thoughts at the end of the month.
Are u planing in review tomford concealer. I would like to see a review on it 😭🥰

how did you get it to work for you? it didn't wear well on my face.
@@simplypearlbeauty I have extremely dry skin although i have moisturized since i was young and stayed out of the sun. I always put a moisturizer or eye cream under my eyes , i use very little and i blend with my finger. I could NEVER use this all over it sets very very fast but what it does for me is amazing. I don't even set it. Pearl this is a perfect example on how one product works on every person. Believe me i have tried everything.
Definitely liked the Lancôme Teint Idole much much better on you. The Lancôme looked pretty flawless all day, this one just didn’t look as nice. Just my opinion. Thanks for the video!

Wait…what happened to the second wear test? It just randomly ended 😟 it was looking so good with the Patrick powder.

Hi Pearl This concealer looks pretty promising - I am curious about the second wear test (?). There are limitations with respect to concealers because they are basically like thicker and more pigmented foundation. My main issue is that most contain titanium dioxide, which oxidizes under UV light (as most foundations do) - so a concealer may look great for the first 10 minutes, then it oxidizes to an orangey shade. Also, the heavier the coverage, the more likelihood of creasing, moving and drying. I think the bottom line is finding a concealer that is as good as possible for one’s skin tone, skin type and skin texture - thus the number of new concealers that crop up constantly (and suck me into spending money). I am curious to know if this Patrick Ta concealer does it best for you - I will be checking upcoming videos to see if it’s the one you keep reaching for. My teenage son gets hyperpigmentation; and he was told that laser in combination with hydrocortisone (to reduce inflammation) may help with his permanent hyperpigmentation scars - have you heard of this?
on the 2nd day it looked good under my eyes but not on my face. it did oxidize like you said. i prefer the dior concealer to the patrick starr one. i will be trying the chanel and tom ford concealers soon.
