It seems police officers are just a law unto themselves. 😢 this is scary. They can just do as they please because they are police officers. They dont even adhere to their own procedures everything is done over the phone, guns are removed from SAP13 safe keeping to private safes n then you wonder why there are so many unlicensed guns circulating in communities n committing crimes 😢😢 I sincerely hope that the Minister of Police, General Masemola and Minister of justice are listening n paying attention becoz this is questionable. The problem about this is the fact that Ratha was going to ask questions if it was the defense witness that was in possession of a firearm without authority he was even going to ask "what does the law say" but here since it's the state witness he didn't bother and I am pretty damn sure he was going to read something from his Bible and give an example of an old apartheid case about the situation
