I talked with an ukraine co-worker. He said nobody can imagine how a war is. He said, he saw the hell and nearly all of his buddys died already. 70% of his friends died in the frontline, he reminds me of my granddad. He lost all his family and all friends. His parents died of bumbing run in the city, his brother died at the eastern front off ww2 and his whole class died. His whole school class went 1944 in the war and nobody returned back, obly my grandad survived. War is hell

i remember playing this for the first time, beating the campaign in 7 hours but skipping all the cutscenes, it took me a year to appreciate the cutscenes again

When I played COD WWII i felt like hell it was hard playing that game on the hardest difficulty it fell real to me because it was dark in my room and my headphones were on the max so I felt like I was really there I wish to never experience what these men went through

I have so much respect for all the soldiers in D-DAY. Running onto those beaches into the immense gunfire and across the bodies of your fallen brothers, knowing your only purpose was to sacrifice your life, only to gain a few inches of ground must've been petrifying. We should be eternally grateful for the bravery and heroism shown by the soldiers.
cod ww2 was a great campaign, it captured really well what the soldiers were probably feeling during the war, especially d-day. well i dont know because i was not there, but i imagine it would have been like that

I told my classmates why they should not disrespect veterans I go to a liberal arts college, my great grandpa and his brothers made it up the beach and advanced much further and lived to tell the tale. So many don’t realize when those doors opened mg42 and mines were going off every quarter second.
