I’ve had mine for twenty years. Never done anything to it, not repotted but bit more soil now and then. Produces leaves more or less all year around, same with the flowers. Weird plant! Love it to bits

I've never had one but would love to get one. These plant care guides are my very favorite ones to watch and take notes. I watch literally hundreds a day on plants but these are the best. Keep them coming, you are saving plant lives everywhere 😅.

I am in zone 9-10 Florida - I want to plant this in my garden that has pretty sandy soil. Or do you recommend growing in a pot? I received it from a friend who had it in the ground. It did just drop
Its leaves. Thank you - Linda B

Hi thank you for the insight. My Buddha Belly Plant is indoors north exposure in Northeast; the leaves are turning yellow rapidly, and I have some ants and flies. What can I do?

My neighbor gave me one when I moved in 7 years ago. I didn't know what it was until I used Google lense today to identify it! Mine is tiny. Maybe I made it an accidental bonsai because I've literally ignored it this entire time. It lives in a coffee mug on the north side of my house where it doesn't receive any direct sunlight. It has never bloomed.

Had one years ago but lost it due to too much moisture.

I have two much smaller ones. They live on my front verandah with all the morning sun. Fertilised twice a yr as she is a slow growing plant. My plants have lost their leaves in high winds but came back really quickly. Ah, yes, they hate the water, so DO NoT allow to sit in a tray of water. As you will notice, the plants deteriorate. Water and then drain of excess. Mine gets watered once completely dried out. Wish I could add a photo of the Coral red flower. I live in Queensland Australia

You talk about bright blue sky but does the actual sun ever show up in that view or just seeing light??? I’m so confused.
