FF VII - Crash Solo used Materia DPS - Rhad N'akiu

This boss had a trick for double stun , this make the fight alot easier if you are lacking for DPS.
This trick can be done basically by killed both hands and make boss stun before a big attack ( the attack with a ring filling up )

Can you tell me the name of the attack where you need to kill the arms first for the double stun?
