- I'm currently working on various actions that will be important in the game, like lifting, dropping, and throwing. I've also added money (currently only called Gems), and I've also started adding sound effects 🤩

how can i start from 0 to be a pixel art game developer? i want to learn skill for lifes and i always dream of making pixel art games ( big fan of octopath traveler)
I think going from a complete beginner to being able to make a game in the style of Octopath Traveler is going to take quite some time. Especially if you plan to use GameMaker like I do. It really depends on what engine you want to use, and after then I would recommend following a few beginnee guides and tutorials at first!
