Starting radiation and my updated cancer routine

- I am getting SBRT (Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy) to the T3 epidural tumor in my spine this week.
I also update you on what I’m doing in regards to my cancer routine.
The meal plan I am using is called Thistle (there is no affiliation with them).

I admire you that despite being sick you can manage to work, go to the gym and take care of your children. Your resilience is admirable. I am a stage 4 cancer survivor too. I am bedridden now not because of cancer but because of severe osteoporosis as a result of corticosteroid treatment. I have recently started my own RUclips channel documenting my osteoporosis journey.

It's so great to hear that your pain has lessened substantially. I really think it's the sauna that's making the biggest difference. We have a spa like place near me with those infrared saunas. I have osteoarthritis in my lower back and arthritis in spots of my hands and feet, but when I got to use the sauna, my pain goes away. It's amazing! I'll be getting another membership to that place once it starts getting colder again.
The sauna definitely helps. And an anti inflammatory diet as well.

I’m so happy your pain is subsided! 🥰 I’m betting you had very good parents. I had not so good parents and it has caused me to not deal with upsetting life events so calm and collected like you. I resort to fight or flight and then I have calm and collect myself. I know your hope in Christ is very helpful and for me too! 🥰
I may look calm and collected in my videos, but I promise you that is just a snippet of my life and I definitely am not always like this, not even close 🤣 I did have good parents in the sense that I knew they loved me and want the best for me, but sometimes we still go through things as a result of our parents’ own capacity and how they show up for us. They have their own life influences which in turn influence us in the same way and it’s hard to break away from those patterns.
@@NhiTranLee My parents were both alcoholics, they never showed up unless it was when they were drunk and they decided to parent. Yikes! 😳😂 If it wasn’t for God in both our lives we’d probably be both be inconsolable! 🙏😂🥰

You once asked if I had cancer, I answered no. I did lose both my sister at 32 and brother at 68 to cancer. To see you doing well is very uplifting.

Cryoablation is when they use a needle to put into the tumor and freeze it to destroy it. It’s minimally invasive and is done through interventional radiology.

I usually just use unscented like Eucerin, Lubriderm etc.
Did the cancer spread from brain to t-spine through the circulating CSF? Thanks for your very informative videos.
I feel like that may have happened but it could’ve invaded as well from the bone tumor in the vertebrae. Usually following surgery it seems the cancer always grows in different places.

Dr. Lee have you ever heard of Edgar Cayce, lots of stuff online , he was the American sleeping prophet died in the 1940’s, first one to say mind is the builder.
