Can the owner of the agriculture land on which the school building has been constructed and the school is being run can apply for cbsc affiliation which is not converted
We are starting a new school. First we are planning for primary level then secondary and then senior secondary level. Is the lease agreement is required at the starting phase? Or first lease agreement can be done on notary and later it can be registered
Registered lease deed is a must while submitting applications for affiliation. So urgency of deed registration depends on when you apply for affiliation and not before that
Construction of building and land is the subject matter of state government. So the rules of state government needs to be followed. Whereas land comes under the authority of block land revenue office or similar name office, construction part comes under municipality or panchayat office.. And to best of our knowledge to construct a building agriculture land nature need to be changed as per state rules.

CLU stands for Change for land use. The block land department is responsible for processing change og land use from agriculture to school. Minimum 1.5 acres require to obtain CBSE affiliation

My question: "if i transferred my land to trust name and obviously i will be one of the trust member, in future due to some unforeseen circumstances need to transfer land back to my name, is that possible? OR are there any rules regarding this. "
The transfer of land is done via registered deed of conveyance. In case of lease agreement the school hold the land till the expiry of the lease and afcourse school may renew it for further peiod as terms documented in the deed. so Transfer land back is not an option in midway. To open and run school you require legal entity whether registered trust or society or non profit company. Even if land is in your name you need to lease or sell or transfer it to legal entity to start school. Thanks
Even if purchaser or buyer of Land is an individual, he or she has the option to lease out the land to School Trust/society for more than twenty years via registered deed of lease executed in registrar office with payment of stamp duty.

No. the land ownership or registered lease must be in the name of trust/society. It is primary compliance for cbse affiliation
