What makes a road-trip even more interesting is when you know the names of the trees (esp those that blossom in spring), the kind of rocks along the way, the mountains and hills in the vicinity; names of steams and pastures there. In that way you engage the heart and mind (and of course, the legs).
The Vlogs of Loch Finnan, Glen Coe and now Loch Lomond, all of these places bring back memories - Thanks for all of these Vlogs, you do a fine job Kim...
Visited this beautiful and surreal place and documented it on my channel. This would always be one of the places i would always be willing to revisit. Highly recommended.
hi kim, we visited scotland for the very first time, in june 2017 towing a caravan, and it was very wet, rained almost continuously for 3 weeks. went to the first place of your video, stayed at loch lomond, moved on to glencoe, then to culloden moor. had enough of the rain, moved down to northumberland where it was suny/dryer. thanks for your videos.
Another stunning video! Thanks! Having only been to Edinburgh, I am definitely going to venture into the rest of your beautiful country when I am in the UK!
Lovely vlog Kim as always. Actually did a one night wild camp in our motorhome on the shores of Loch Lomond in early May on the way up towards Glencoe and Gairloch etc. Stunning. Thanks
Great vlog Kim 😊 That's another fab location I need to add to my long list! 😚 Beautiful Loch Lomond! I smiled from start to finish of this video! I need to plan a visit for sure.
Well done, great video,I live 5 minutes from Balloch, local joke....1/2 hour cruise of Loch Lomond...Back in 20 minutes....if you are back in this area you should try GARTNESS near Drymen late September, see the Salmon leap....
Awesome Kim I just don't know were to start the duck's beautiful and those cottages I wish I could live there that be great looks so picturesque. U got come back to take so mind blowing photos, I myself today went to comic con show loved it took lots of photos but I really need to get out there in the landscape and start talking so photos need a change of scenery just like u. U give me lots of ideas and inspiration. Take care and c u soon. 😃
Don't often watch these videos to the end but you kept me interested even though I have visited all these places, been on the Sea plane twice and it's one of the best things I have done first time I paid £120 second time I paid £99 watch out for the deals that they sometimes do.
That wee passageway is there so's the otters & wildlife don't have to risk their lives crossing over the bridge... Great Vlog Kim, Keep up the good work pal B-)
I love your adventuresome spirit. That waterfalls . Expecting to see you come of it. lol. So wonderful and open . It is nice when there isn't a lot of tourists. Watch out for the geese. My daughter got pinched by one once. It is ok if it is raining. i would watch you out in it. Time exposure. :>
Kim once the rain cleared and you had that amazing scenery do you not wish you had your camera with you? I would be wishing I could photograph it all there are some amazing views, I am jealous. Thank you for showing us.
Looking over the comments, I’m amazed no one asked you if you took the high road or you took the low road… ;-) A very enjoyable vlog, and seriously lovely scenery - it makes me wish I could have been there. But, please, ALWAYS take your camera…particularly on damp days when waterfalls are on the itinerary!
So, with your reference to "that plane".....I noticed it too and to me, it looked like a DeHavilland Canada "Turbo Beaver".....I could be wrong, but it appeared just after you showed the Canada Geese along the waters edge ...........coincidence ?.....hmmmm...........nice touch.........Edit: after doing some research, I find that it isn't a Turbo Beaver, the company there fly the Cessna Caravan on floats.....
Not in Loch Lomond I'm afraid. Nessie lives in Loch Ness (opposite ends of the country) but both lochs are equally as famous so easy mistake to make. I believe I may have seen Nessie once though ;)
Great Vlog Kim, your video's are inspiring and full of idea's in fact i really want to go to Scotland soon. Holland is not so far away. Have a look also on my channel, lots of nature impressions there as well. Keep up with these awesome video's !!! greetings Willem from Holland
I love your appreciation for beauty in nature and of the magnificent Scotland. I think your channel is becoming more travel than photography however and I’m watching less because of it. Your a good photographer. Give us more of it.

She took the low road because she was in Scotland afore ye
At around minute 9, those are Canada Geese. They're a long way from home.
Hi Kim. Will you please share the name of the very first sound track." Its goes round and round..."
It's called 'A Thousand Years' and can be found on Epidemic Sound
@@kimgrantphotography Thanks Kim😊
whats the music please
I hope your friend doesn't get too bored with you stopping to make these films. It must take quite a while.
"Wow, look at that, it's like something out of a film"... erm, yeah, that's exactly what it looks like on RUclips! lol!! :)
What!? No sign of Nessy ?TY from someone to poor to ever see it in person. But everything becomes a memory a second later.
Not in Loch Lomond I'm afraid. Nessie lives in Loch Ness (opposite ends of the country) but both lochs are equally as famous so easy mistake to make. I believe I may have seen Nessie once though ;)

Nice video. But those are properly Canada geese, not Canadian geese.
