The presentation in the big hotel is good that is the reason people always thought the food served there also a good quality. Street hotel like above may not have a good presentation but ingredients are at our eye near and sellers also knew it. There is no bluff comes here. If they anything wrong they won't any customers. Whatever may be if you like the food eat it otherwise don't. One thing is sure. Most of the country's famous foods are street based.

As an indian this is so aggrevating. I know these people are not rich but doesnt take money to keep your kitchen clean. Just a little cleanliness and respecting your business goes a long way. The place might be dirty, the pan is also dirty but the taste of the food is yummy, I used to trave with my family to these dhabas just to have a taste of the food, I still remember the taste of mash ki daal and I never got sick. These people know how to make food, i never got the same exact taste in any other nice restaurant, now i live in abroad I go to nice restaurants and get sick eating the food not all the time but most of the time.
