We just got a large set of 8821s for my company. They turned off the old portable phones without warning me and said the new phones are ready to use. I use the portable phone constantly and have been without a phone for the last three shifts. Half the wall phones are too far away from where I am or don't function correctly. Obviously, IT needs to configure the phones still. I found one charging last night and it seems nice. No service tho. Thanks for video.
