On July 8, Chief Justice of India (CJI) D.Y. Chandrachud noted that the integrity of the recently conducted NEET exam had been "compromised." The Supreme Court made strong statements, affirming that the exam's integrity had been breached and concluding that there was no reasonable doubt that a paper leak had occurred.

Firstly Konsaa basis meh reneet degha like every argument from students lawyer like hodaa sir, he argued on paper leak, burnt paper, telegram, Patna - hajarigrah leak. But NTA with proof debunks it and CJI said if there is one solid evidence that paper was leak in mass level there will be reneet but it was not proven but proven that paper was localised and the mal practitioners can be identified and r caught and others can still be caught. So the Student Lawyer didn't have any arguments with evidence to proof of mass level leak.
But it should have a reneet still for those above 164 marks but since he can't decide on emotion, and need to make a rational decision he made a decision which is logical which might upset some parties but a coin has two sides one good and one bad. and if the cbi catch the main culprit and he said he shared all over India the paper then the SC verdict can be redirected/reverse like it's possible. Like Reversing a SC decision is not possible on many grounds but if there is solid evidence then they can reverse it. Just CBI should catch the culprit fast before the class starts. Just an opinion, A Judge ( especially CJI the most honorable post in India the Supreme Power) has always need to make a proper decision without any business.

Same case hai yha pr 150 student the pkde gye the abhi tak sanjay mukhiya ko nhi pkda gya. Paper send hua tha thoroug social media (whatsapp) to hm kaise man le ki paper sef patna gaya tha.hm isliye man ke quoki jo culprit hai usne statement diya hai 😅.shame krte hai bhai tmare jaise log pr desh ke bare me socho 😂.tbhi desh bdhega 😊

I am a NEET Aspirant.I Saw that Non-Neet Aspirants are more engaged in this matter.As a NEET Aspirants,I can assure that Because of Moderate Question paper(though it is easy paper because of OPTION ELIMINATION Technique),and proper guides of all Coachings and humerus number of coaching centres,RANK INFLATION is seen,Due to Paper leak,Max to max 100 AIR differences can be seen.That`s why Such A big competition can be seen.And Stop just saying RENEET.I am sure that 90% of Qualifying Neet Aspirants denied the demand of Reneet.

Supremecourt should take suo motto Cognigence on Reservation system which is Very painfull for Telanted & deserving students of general (open to all) category. General seats are around 20% presently due to cascading effect of
