Still usable. Build a false floor on top of the stained concrete that's braced to an adjacent wall, fore and aft of the load potentials. I used inch and an eighth ply as the base with 2x4 bracing to the walls. Worked like a dream.
Seems like every wall lift I find either is too expensive or doesn't lift enough in weight. Looking for 2500lbs one jack with hand crank. If you are going to build the wall on the ground then do it all then lift and be done. Studs, windows, siding and all!
My dad has 2500lb rating with crank nothing like it on the market and can't seem to find a company interested in buying the patent from him for lump sum oddly enough.
I just put the video together, I'm not selling the product, but I do run a business. I hear what you are saying, it does take some time. However, It seems to me that 15 minutes of set up and 15 of take down would save a lot more money than hiring 3 men to come out just to raise a wall, which is why this invention exists. If you already have the man power on site, I agree it's probably not worth the time.
Anyone using a drill to drive screws I'm very concerned over following direction on. You know a drill is made for drilling, an a impact driver is made for driver fastners, i.e. screws. Think I'll stick with manuals wall jacks..
Friends cost you time and money. Sure if they show up, they talk for hours and drink your beer. If you are lucky enough to get one wall raised in 3 hours then go for it.
Everything is great except the drywall screws in the flooring. They are an train wreck waiting to happen.
Lol, I noticed the screws. Waiting for the undersized screw heads to snap off.
Excelente. ¿Que largo es esa estructura?
Such a simple and affordable system for the solo builder
This helped with assembly… need more videos on this
great tool if your by yourself...now if we can get a tool that builds 2 story walls and gable walls in place lol
There should be a link to order in the video.
Weld gussets at all the joints.
I have some 14' tall walls to stand, do these only go to 10'?
We also have the XL that handles walls from 11' to 14'.
Great tool
Wish somebody would come up with a wall lift we could use for erecting walls on stained concrete floors.

They have one, a tele forklift

Agree. 440 pound rating ? That barely lifts my old girlfriend off the couch.

$2000 plus for the pair, or a few six packs and some good friends
youre going to get friends and beer for every wall in a house for multiple houses? This would work great for a 2 man crew
Yeah well if your out of friends and dont want to pay a crew of six for lifting a wall, I think this is a great investment
