Nice! So far is there a limit on how many FT tickets you can keep in the Banapassport Inventory (I may have forgot)? I hope its not the 5x Discarded Vehicle card limit there...
VSORG is practically the easiest to get the FT ticket pieces for the FT Ticket! The NavApp miles check in to get a FT ticket is like a 0.5%-1% odds (even less to my theory)

Unlimited amount.
You can get a FT ticket in 65 odd games so yeah its cheaper to do VSORG than to tune yourself.

I'm curious because I saw from a RUclips video from last year that even if your car comes from a completely tuned ticket, you'll still earn the yellow carbon racing meter once you achieve 100 wins in a row (81-100). Is it the same as it is now?

Yeap, so long as you hit 100 wins you will get the meter.

they wouldn't bring it back if there's still a glitch, so no, it doesn't work anymore
however, people say the "terminal glitch" still works, but requires a staff to manage.
