thats why upsc interviews and even defense services interviews should be completely in hindi. I mean as a civil servent,we have to connect with indian public not with britishers
Hindi is not widely spoken language it is restricted to north region and in other parts hindi speaking public is less in numbers. People from south give priority to their mother language and english which is an international language and widely acceptable We can't force anybody to do we want . So learn some facts before speaking. Or me bhi himachal se hu bhai

Every state has their local language, but when it comes to one common language that can connect people, its Hindi, Not english. There are barely 3, 4 states in india where english is preferred over hindi.
Ehi dubhagya hai is desh ka,kaam to karamchari krate hain pr naam hota hai officers ka, aur agar police me sudhar krna hai to ye upsc aur spsc se officer ki entry band honi chahiye
