    I had recently gone to Atlanta and had a great experience at her raw food eatery. It was a long wait, but she came out thanking us for supporting acknowledging that we could had been anywhere else. The vibe was everything as it was a long wait, but when I took the first bite of my raw food wrap, it was all the validation/acknowledgement needed! Peace to the Queen

      I experienced just the opposite. When I stopped doing a vegan diet. All my gas, bloating and constipation got so much better. Come to find out although I do benefit from some plant foods. Overall I can’t digest large amounts of it. It took me years to correct the damage from consuming to much plant/fibrous foods. I’ve come to the conclusion that we all have different needs.

    I’ll def visit Tassili’s Raw Reality! Just over a year ago I began learning to listen to my body. Like, I used to think waking up with a throat full of phlegm was normal but, no more dairy, ..no more phlegm. Drink more water, ..no more achy back and limbs. No more salty sugary processed foods, ..no more puffy fingers and numb toes. No more ribeyes, no more weird stomach pains. Our bodies speak to us. Now my favorite day is my Saturday Salad Prep. When I rinse and run my fingers through all the ingredients I picked for that week, I can almost feel the healing in all the vibrant colors and it elevates my spirit. I can’t say it any other way.

    Thank you Dr. Bobby for your continuous contributions as a Holistic Health Advocate for all people!!! You are such a tremendous blessing!!! I started my plant-based lifestyle journey back in 2022!!! It was the wises choice that I have ever made in conjunction with dealing with my spiritual as well as my childhood traumas. No one could do this work for me. I had to make a personal choice to do the work. I loved myself enough to be accountable and responsible for my own life!!! I did not know you are the time. However, I follow you faithfully now!!! Again, so very grateful for you!!! Love and Peace as you continue to grow and prosper in this field as well as your own personal life!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

    This is very relatable. When I was a child and made the connection that we were actually eating animals, I became a vegetarian 🌱 I had a pet and couldn’t imagine eating animals, I felt bad. I knew then at 8 and have been vegetarian since then and now I’m working toward a vegan lifestyle.

    Ahhh she just made my day she mentioned Elijah Muhammad - my parents came through the Nation of Islam. Elijah Muhammad was trying to get us healthy! This was a very therapeutic conversation. It’s really got me thinking about revolution and seeing raw veganism in a different way. When she said Black Love Stew and she started talking about black eye peas and kale, a light switched on. Now I’m super curious about her meals 🤗 This is exciting! Wish I lived in the ATL.

    Im loving these conversations although i do still eat meat i have been cooking at home and my diet has been heavy with vegetables and fruits and have been enjoying my journey as im learning about different foods and trying to diversify my diet and slowly get away from the western diet . Food has so much natural flavor on its own even when eating food raw ,but you really have cleanse your body properly to enjoy the foods if your constantly eating more acidic foods you will crave those junk foods .i wont say i would ever or will give up meat as i am highly active ,but i do try to mix some days when im not or am i kinda see it as fasting i fast for spirtual reasons and if i do eat meat i try to give thanks and gratitude before eating it . Just enjoy the journey it is actually really fun and you learn so much about yourself

    I JUST contacted you and left a message but I HAD to come here and give a testimonial as well! Before I moved to the UK (did it for my wife) I lived in Atlanta for about 19 years. the last 6 of which I live in the WestEnd! I lived virtually around the corner from Tassilis Raw Reality!! and I ate it at least twice a week! Watching this interview made me so homesick!! There is NO PLACE that I've seen so far in my travels throughout the world (I'm currently in Poland, I was in Budapest when I watched the interview and have been traveling Europe for the last 2 months) that compares to what she has created! Hearing her story and all the names (Wadada, Soul Vegatarian 1 and 2!, and Healthful essence) made me miss the West End so much! And especially Sevananda!! I first saw your book Vegucation over Medication in that store! I even met a man in Bristol UK that when he travels to Atlanta will make over an hour journey just to go to Tassilis for a wrap!! Your influence is growing WORLD WIDE QUEEN!! Thank you both for everything you do! shout out to the Punani wrap and both the moringa and cayenne popcorn!!

    5:14 wow I cannot believe this. I quit meat last November and I ate fresh caught fish for the first time this week. My body felt like it really loved it! I don’t plan on eating a lot of seafood but only when my body says so. This message is beyond timely. 13:05 this was my exact reason why I stopped eating animals. They say when you consume meat you also ingest the suffering of how they die. Now I say that death is probably a relief to the animal because how they are raised is pure HELL ON EARTH!

    • @MCKISICMEDIA
      @MCKISICMEDIA 8 месяцев назад

      Always listen to your body because we all have different needs. I would like to see more people start visiting local farms to see how animals are raised outside of factory farming and witness true animal husbandry. Food fear mongering is very common nowadays and we shouldn’t deprive ourselves of animal nutrition because of that. Thats why learning how true ecosystem really work can make people see things differently.

      A plant based diet is not for everyone. Most people find it difficult because it requires a lot of mastering to make it sustainable. You don’t have to give up meat to be healthy. Don’t be influenced by others just do what your body requires. We all have different dietary needs.
