I found valerie an interesting anti hero character. At first she became Ghost Hunter to get revenge on Phantom for causing her dad to lose his job but then she genuinely wanted to protect Amity Park from its constant ghost invasions and just like Danny's other enemies was forced to work with him on certain occasions. She also has the classical missing mom trope since her mom is never mentioned and she apparently lives with her single father. One of my friends her mom is harry chin from bitter reunions.
Interesting fact valerie was previously voiced by grey delisle who also voices sam but starting this episode she's voiced by cree summer. Maybe the change was because before she was just a background character now she's become more prominent so she needs her unique voice.
I never liked the popular kids at Casper high Paulina dash and Kwan show zero sympathy for their friend losing all her wealth and instead of being grateful she bought them those concert tickets in the first place they shun her and hope they don't have to sit next to any losers at the concert I'd say having to sit next to Danny and his friends is karma. Then towards the end some other background popular kids glare at Valerie for reasons I don't know why probably because she's not one of them anymore. I think that's one of the reasons Sam decides to hide her wealth because she doesn't want friends who only like her for her money and would drop her without hesitation the minute she loses it.
Yeah they were so ridiculous this episode kicking her out of the group and looking all mean towards her / I felt bad for V but I was surprised she was still acting the same way towards danny sam and tuck after everything that happened and they werd acting nice Really only changed her tone when she found out danny paraents hunt ghost
@@CaptainYeetTheBeastValerie was still pretty mean to them even though they only wanted to help her and it continued until she became friends with Danny but still haunted his other half not knowing there were one in the same. She also was mean to them before. I think her asking Kwan to hurt Danny despite his ruining her top was to demonstrate her anger for things that were clearly accidents like she later does with phantom despite his attempts to apologize and insist the dog thing was an accident.

When the man said those smelly security dogs wear a thing of the past that makes me wonder what happened to them especially since cujo is a guard dog.
