The one thing that really sticks out for me when Trump was in office is the insane amount of "Help Wanted" or "Now Hiring" signs everywhere! That was just on my drive to work, companies couldn't get enough help! When Biden took over those signs disappeared and never came back and this wasn't about the pandemic. The unemployment rate was so low we were trying to hire people that didn't want to work.
