I have watched the Kellie Bag tutorial several times now, and I must say it's very detailed and easy to follow. Thank you very much for a wonderful tutorial. Am pleased to have named the Kellie Bag after you. 😊❤️
I’ve been watching you for some time make bags and I see you often make bags like this where the seam is on the external side. I’m quite intimidated by this, but I think it’s time to try it. Thank you for your tutorials. I’m so inspired by you. ❤
Thank you for watching! I truly appreciate it. It does take some confidence and coyrage to sew it that way, but it is the best way on a flat bed machine. Just make sure to test your bobbin tgread on a scrap piece of material first to ensure your stitches are just right. Good luck to you!❤️🥰
God Bless you and your husband with a houseful of teenagers!!! Happy Birthday to your daughter 🎂 your Kellie bag is gorgeous 🥰🥰 another awesome tutorial ❤
Hi Kellie! I have 2 questions that I'd like your thoughts on for this bag. First, if I use a thick vinyl, do you still think I would need to add decovil on the main and side panels? (I will use WPC for the lining and would still use Peltex for the insert and base.). Second, when topstitching the bag, how do you address the exterior corners, that is, do you just fold the 1/8 exterior seams flat? Thank you in advance for your thoughts. Your skills are unbelievable.
Thank you! I woukd still use the stabilizers as it really helps to shape the bag. My main vinyl was on the thick side and it still needed the extra support. As for topstitching, I made sure that those corners were facing the same direction as I went over them. I chose to have mine lay facing in towards the side panels.
Amazing bag, amazing tutorial. Thank you and your daughter for her great videoing xxx
My daughter and I thank you!❤️❤️

Thank you for another great tutorial! BTW, a little bit of Sewer's Aid on the end of the tubing helps it slide in pretty easily.
Thank you and great tip! I didn't have any but a little sewing machine oil works great too!😁🥰
