We have been using the soft touch for a while now, but we’ve notice it isn’t water resistant. Even a little water can mess up. And it is easier to scratch. Is it just us or someone else have had the same problem? Any solutions?

You can use liquitex medium thats what I did

I use a soft touch varnish before applying it.
