前回で豪は「もう走れない」って言ってたけど今回は「（部品を合わせれば）まだ走れる」「失格でも最後まで走りたい！」なんだよね。豪って簡単に変わる時もあるけど、同じミスする時もある（特にWGPでは）。まあ、スタッフが「豪はよくある主人公と違って簡単に成長させないようにしてる」って意図してやってるからなんだけど。

Interesting how they simply had the cars hand-drawn rather than use CGI Initial D-style.
Xebec was known to be more so 2D focused and Initial D chose CGI to be cutting age at that time as it was still relatively new in anime.

I always found this episode’s ending a bit BS. The Seiba’s brother lost the race due to the faulty design of the race course, why the heck disqualify them when the race couldn’t even continue properly with 90% of the race track damaged.
