No. You are allowed to politely ask as per Etsy's policies, but I don't like to bother people about reviews. Etsy already sends them an automated message after their shipping deadline asking for a review, which we have no control over, so I don't like to add another message on top of this.
When do you send that thank you message, before you’re sending or along with the shipment?
Right after they've ordered.
