A fully equipped Black Peterbilt 578. It has a 133 speed manual. He don't care if you want to go 70 MPH. It also has an APU. Right now it's sitting idle with a 53' dry van. The owner is a nice guy. I just met him face to face. BTW it has more lights on than a Christmas tree. Let me know. The truck is sitting around Atlanta.
I changed companies as well. Was up in WV, Princeton area. Speed governed at a considerably lower speed as well as less engine pull. It's a huge adjustment. Hourly pay, though, and more physical labor in this position, which I like. Home at least every other day. I'm happy. I'm glad you are doing well.
I guess I should have made myself more clear. The trucks are governed at 68. But, it’s my choice to go 60 to save on fuel the slower you go the lower mpg will be. I’m doing an experiment. We get a bonus every quarter if it’s within a certain range. I’ll keep you posted on whether it’s worth it or not.
It’s the best!!!!! Less stressful!! I think driving in PA is pretty challenging in general! With the hills tunnels snow winding roads bridges and they have had a lot of construction on 76 forever. I like Oklahoma
