Today We're Making Elderflower Popsicles!

This video turned out longer than I had hoped, but I hope you enjoy a chill 24 minutes with me as I make some popsicles. These have been a summer favourite for me and my boyfriend. They're made with elderflowers, yogurt, coconut milk, honey, berries and.... CHOCOLATE. :-) Maybe next summer I will make a shorter version, after I figure out how to create prettier close-up shots. Fingers crossed I'll be in my own kitchen by then too, I think that would help!
