Nice to see the master's gauntlets build from the older vid extrapolated here. Gladiator is a nice nuker for this tech. Yes, the elven sisters would do this better. hilda with dragoon dive spear, yunifi or rolf/mandrin can also do this better as long as you"re packing a quick impetus unit.
Interesting that you went the keen call route instead of just giving the gladiator a sniper amber lens and letting someone else buff the gladiator with gamblers coin.

What you could do theoretically is give the sandstorm staff to a wereowl and then set the featherbow to only use shining light on non-blinded targets and it would give you more nimble fighter evasions and would also allow more consistency with getting mounting charge off as well. Obviously this would be countered with debuff/blind immunity or cleansing from the other team but it could be a fun thing to test damage caps and whatnot. :)

@@RandomGhostDragon It's what the staff would be for since wereowls use staves, just would also need an AP pendent since it costs 3 as well.
@@archimedeswolf4677 thats the interesting part: staffs are the only weapon type that has “sub weapon types”. Aka, some staffs can only be equipped by certain staff wielding classes. For example, a wereowl cant use fire hex or the trinity rain rod, but they can equip all heal related staffs (and the one exclusive healer offense staffs gleaming mace to deal damage).
What i mean to say is: your idea is good, but impossible because only druids can use sandstorm staff
@@RandomGhostDragon ya I just went to double check it and ya that is a bit disappointing that they restrict that cause it feels a bit pointless. Especially since it does not do any damage and would just be supporty. (Unlike the whole Hammers and Axe stuff)

I think there's an accessory Lips's Ring that grants the Gladiator max initiative for thier first action.

Cool to see the Master Gauntlets used on a typically non-evasion class. Clever!
I've got a similar squad built around my Gryphon Master + Master Gauntlets. Sandstorm druid + Cursed Swamp , AP conferral + Heal staff on Bishop set to target only flying, Ice/Magic Conferral from a Witch, and Gilbert for the truestrike. It's been crushing almost everything that's not full truestrike since Drakenhold (when you get the Master Gauntlets and Sandstorm for the guaranteed dodges). Against certain squads it will work even better without a 5th member to force more attacks on the Gryphon Master.
Been doing something like this except with a sniper using Trappers Bow, so you don’t need Gilbert.

Love to set up the nukes. What I like is that thanks to mock battles things can be tested just for fun.
Nice build! I prefer the Werebear myself, but this was sweet. Some of the combinations in this game are awesome, and the Wereowl makes a lot of the more busted ones possible and very consistent.

With an accessory it is possible to give evade to another party member. I wonder if that would count for nimble fighter too? Another way to put blind on the enemy is have someone with high initiative use sandstorm. You can get a couple of staves with the skill in Drakenhold.
That would work I'm very sure it's just a bit more PP costly. I think blind is the way to go
I dunno man I've kinda given up on Berserker's on viable users now that I've got the lion bestral on my team. Seems like a ton of work to make berserkers matter again later in the game.

The radient knight attack the Sergent but otherwise if you make this build he is either in the center or alone up front so most attack will go for him
Once again, this just makes me so sad that Albion was so far in the game. It's soooooo late to get them that you feel like you'll never get to use something like this :(
I guess you could use Sandstorm instead to do something similar though.

It would not but thst was my first thought. But enrage requires an ally to be hit. You could work that out with a different accessory maybe
The problem with this build is it's so late in the game you only have a couple missions left to use the build. I've beaten the game on true zenioran and this seems too niche, too late.

Who the hell is Gailey? I'm too focused on getting Eltolinde back and seeing the Queen and Renault kick ass in the prologue.
