Jeeze the disrespect for Fordo there. To answer your question though about those arcs, they are colored that way to reference the 2003 clone wars mini series directed by Gennedy Tartakovsky. It's super good and also has the best interpretation of General Grievous. Highly recommend you check it out if you got like an hour and a half to spend.
On Phase I armor blue also is the color used by Lieutenants. Green Sergeants and Red Captains. Many ARC's in Legends specifically the Alpha-class ARC's held said rank.
@@snowdoll622 Debatable. To start with, they're both different types of shows trying to do different things, so it's somewhat of an apples-to-oranges comparison in the first place.
22:35 - Maybe its some sort of sensor suite? 47:27 - Perhaps you should also consider one of the Tier V scrubs for the home fleet protecting the Core Worlds. Might not be relevant when you finally take that weeping ulcer Fondor next to Empress Teta. 53:25 - Looks like Naboo needs some love on the building side. They don't even have a Senate building or a Tax Office! Get those filthy Gungans paying taxes, dammit! 54:00 - Kenobi also needs new LAATs.
The lead dev of the mod(s) actually streams a lot of playthroughs and posts the videos to his youtube channel, Corey Loses. Great to watch if you want to know the state of the mod and future plans, he's always talking about it and fielding questions. I think Hutts are going to be playable in the next big patch, which seems relatively close.
So I was watching Corey Loses play this and he has a quick fix for the stuck Jedi glitch. You activate retreat and then cancel it which causes them to move.
I know others have expressed it, but I adore the intros you do for this series (and your other series in general) really helps weave the overarching narrative that you're going for into the game! Also someone else mentinoed it, but you can't currently build more trade stations because you're at your max, I think the limit is like 15? So you have to be judicious with their placement, Excited to see you throwing down the money for upgrades, and hoping that buildings and further infrastructure is next. I don't mind the faffing around the map, gives us a look at what's going on outside of the current theatre haha.
I mean it's way better than a war fought by people, which also can become meat grinders, but instead of clones and droids, it's our sons, brothers, fathers, sisters ect.
So, looking at the "Tactical Objectives" sidebar, I just noticed, apparently the planetary shield generator prevents Victory Point conquests. Definitely not something I would have expected, and I wouldn't have noticed at all if I were playing and managing the game myself, so I'm not remotely blaming you for not noticing. However, it seems... worth pointing out. Fordo wasn't capturing the point because he straight-up couldn't. RIP Fordo. This information brought to you at the cost of his life. Make his sacrifice matter, and learn from it. Or something, I dunno. You're probably unbelievably far ahead of this already, but hey, useful information is hopefully still useful. If not to you, then someone else in the comments.
You actually can't capture the shortcut victory point because of the planetary shield; that's my reading of what's in the lower right. (I know Dave has finished this series, but it's worth spelling out for anybody who gets into this from his series.)
@@VallornDeathblade Yeahhh. I just hope we're still gonna get some cool post order 66 stuff, there's a few cool ship that choice unlocks. And I hope ol jingles will finally build more anti fighter corvettes lol
Yeah, aside from repeatedly pulling an Egoraptor & not reading incredibly important game infor that's literally just on the screen, that's like been my biggest complaint about this series. And it's clearly not a massive problem for me personally at episode like 24 or whatever we're at after the save snafu...

It’s much better than the other clone wars show
Ooh, Gendy wars is my favorite prequel media for starwars! It does a better job characterizing the world than any of the prequel movies.
Also Fordo is so dang cool

Rip to Fordo, has always been one of my favorite clones. I’ll always remember how badass he was when he took on all those droids on Coruscant
RIP Fordo. He was a good boi.
This series is absolutely magnificent

The first track playing on the campaign map being the Imperial March is very apt after that intro
Excellent opening.
It’s genuinely so scary to think about a war fought by droids and clones. It really would become a war of attrition.

You can only have a fixed number of trade ports, 15 I think.

Regarding trade ports, there is a limit of 15 trade ports in total. You can look up how many you have in one of the statistic menus.

I just realized that you can see hints of where the orbital bombardment is going to hit surrounding that hover tank...
really loving the letsplay yo, please keep it going and I am wondering if you still plan on continuing it into the imperial era.
Yes, he's stated a few times that he wants to do an extra long campaign.
"Gun it!"
"Sir!"
Ah, memories...
Yay Phase II for the win
Dave is the Cold Waters campaign dead then?
its not dead its just running silent, waiting for a chance to strike.
It's (probably) not dead, dave has said in his streams that they take longer to make due to their intros
A Thrawn's revenge LP would be pretty neat if you ever got around to finish AOTR :D (which I believe was the original plan for the series?)
I believe it's still the plan, Fall of the Republic is just taking longer than anticipated due to the game throwing Cruel Admiral into the mix.
