      @@-_Somebody_ often we assume scammers are overseas ppl who try to scam the developed countries citizens out of their hard earned money, but often these scammers have recurited ppl within the country to act as their money mule, they offer young teenagers or adults, a sum of money to open bank accounts and then transfer the password and ATM card to them for use, and just for opening the account, they get a sum of money or is promised a fraction of the money that they store in ur account.. and it's sickening when you see teenagers like 16 or 17 involved in scams that trick senior citizens/old ppl of 60 or 70 years old of their lifetime savings..

    With the passwords, what I do is I have the very beginning of every password the same, then the difference afterwards with NAMES of FAMILY MEMBERS, so that not only does it meet the requirements, but it is also a long password that I'm ONLY able to easily remember. Also, any letter that looks like a number is what I replace that letter with. For example, E = 3 , S = 5 , L = 1, O= 0 etc etc.

    • @aronm5329
      @aronm5329 6 месяцев назад

      It depends. As long as you're not being specifically targeted, you should be fine. Sometimes hackers will research their targets, and add family members, birth dates and even pet names to their dictionary. Also, most cracking software nowadays will account for replaced letters, and will only slow them down by a couple seconds. The best practice is to make sure it's at least 12 characters long, pick 2 or 3 words that are unrelated, add in a couple of numbers and special characters between the words.
      example: 4@Space2$Nerf!

    There's a new way to bypass the 2 step authentication. It's called simm card swapping. Scammers convince the phone provider to use a new simm card, so your phone goes dead. When they log in to your bank, your bank sends the code to the scammer's phone with the new simm card.

      I have never been scammed because I am careful and very computer knowledgeable. I never have any passwords stored on my computer. I DO NOT access my accounts via my computer. I do have a credit card and about a month ago my credit card account was illegally used in Michigan for $400. I did research trying to find how they had managed this and I discovered the scammers can just pass by you and instantly scan your card even when it is still in your wallet. I watched a video of a scammer sticking a fake credit card device on a walmart checkout line just as the clerk was distracted for about 30 seconds. No one deserves this. I have just seen a video where the scammers can use AI to duplicate your granddaughter's voice. And since this has happened to me, I have talked to many people that were scammed for far more that I.

    The Bible says we have all sinned. I know I have, haven’t you?
    God “desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:4).
    Peter said, the Lord is “not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9)
    God gave us free will.
    The Good news
    How can I go up to heaven and have everlasting life ?
    “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ that he died and rose again and you will be saved”
    God bless you all in Jesus name.
