    Ingredients:
    - *For Chole (Chickpeas):*
    - 1 cup chickpeas (soaked overnight)
    - 3 tablespoons oil
    - 2 large onion, finely chopped
    - 2 tomatoes,
    - 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    - 1 bay leaf
    - 2 - 4 cloves
    - 2- 4 black pepper
    - 1-inch cinnamon stick (dalchini)
    - 1 tsp turmeric powder
    - 1 tsp red chili powder
    - 2 tsp chole masala
    - Salt to taste
    - 2 tsp ghee
    - Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
    - *For Rice:*
    - 2 cups basmati rice
    - 1 tablespoons oil or ghee
    - Salt to taste
    - *For Garnish:*
    - 1 fried onion
    - Fresh coriander and mint leaves, chopped
    - 1 tablespoon ghee
    Instructions:
    1. *Soak and Cook Chickpeas:*
    - Soak 1 cup of chickpeas overnight. It's a chickpea pajama party!
    - Next day, pressure cook the chickpeas with a pinch of salt until they're soft and tender. Set aside.
    2. *Prepare Chole Masala:*
    - Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
    - Add 1 bay leaf, 2 - 4 cloves, 3 black pepper and 1-inch cinnamon stick.
    Let them sizzle!
    - Toss in 2 large finely chopped onion and sauté till it turns golden brown.
    - Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
    Sauté for a minute. Beware, the aroma might attract neighbors!
    - Add 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder and 2 tsp chole masala.
    Cook until oil separates from the masala. It's like magic!
    - Mix in the cooked chickpeas. Let them soak in all the flavors for 5-7 minutes on low heat. Add salt to taste.
    - Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Set aside your delicious chole.
    3. *Cook Basmati Rice:*
    - Rinse 2 cups of basmati rice thoroughly.
    - Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes. Perfect time for a tea break.
    - In a vessel, heat 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee.
    - Drain the soaked rice and add to the pot. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Toasty and fragrant!
    - Add 3 cups of water and salt to taste. Bring it to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and cook until rice is done and fluffy.
    4. *Mix and Garnish:*
    - In a large serving dish, mix the cooked rice and chole together. They’re a match made in foodie heaven!
    - Sprinkle 1/2 cup of fried onions & freshly chopped coriander.
    - Drizzle a few saffron strands soaked in 2 tablespoons warm milk and 1 tablespoon of ghee for that royal touch.
    5. *Serve and Enjoy:*
