We’re gonna need a bigger boot!

More requests from regular clients for mobile cleaning combined with increased dog duties with our Guide Dog puppy meant my VW Golf was struggling to be my daily, my dog car and my valeting van.
So I’ve sold the Golf and swapped for this, a 2013 BMW 5 Series Touring. Mechanically it’s in fine fettle, with good service history.
Cosmetically there is room for improvement so I think I’m definitely the right owner to take this on. I’m not aiming for perfection as this will be a regular workhorse but there are things we can do to make her shine again.
In this video, the 5 Series receives a full detail. I wasn’t able to record every stage due to weather and tech issues, so there’s no footage of the chemical decontamination (tar and fall out removal) or clay barring. I also didn’t feature the interior in this video as it just needed a good vacuum, trim wipe over and leather cleaning for the seats and door cards.
