@SamDaDude not sure if it would have fit what you were really looking for but there's Death's Embrace which grants both health and mana on basic attacks, however it's not found in the lifesteal group of items.
You should do a “Try Harder Thursday”, where you play with meme builds instead of your normal builds. Just a thought it would be entertaining.

I feel like with all the changes that happen recently, they should put starter items back in Duel and Joust. If you're up to try again and finish the build, then yes there's a item with lifesteal and mana: the Joutun's has the mana and its glyph the lifesteal

Sam, isn't Soul Eater just one of the highest damage physical items in the game now, since it was like the only item not hit by the power nerf? Not only does it offer 40 power, which is among the higher physical power items now (e.g., tied with brawlers, and only 5 less power than HS), but it also gives 10% pen, which directly increases damage. On top of that, it helps indirectly increase damage because it has 10% cd, bringing up your damage faster. It also indirectly increases damage by letting you fight longer via healing.
It has always been a bloated stat stick, but now it's a bloated stat stick that is right up there with the other highest physical power items
you need to stack it up for its full power and it's 10 flat pen, not 10% pen.

Since I wasn't able to find my answer doing research on Google I figured I'd just ask here.. why is it that King Arthur can't use duel orbs? I don't play much smite nowadays so duel orb is new to me
It's a bit silly but basically it's because King Arthur's autos can't proc any items due to his passive, unfortunately that also affects the duel orb so it doesn't work on his autos.
His passive states "Attack Speed and Item Passives do not benefit his auto attacks"
I never see him in Duel so I'm not sure, but it might also affect Jorm in the same manner because his autos can't proc item effects either?
@IBB98 interesting that they didn't make the duel orb a special case where King Arthur could use it. But if it is an issue in how the character is coded, that could explain
