Eastwood has everything you need to do the job right when you're restoring a car, truck or motorcycle - from welders to paint and everything in between. - Авто/Мото
Looks fantastic and the simple design and use makes it very appealing to me. Yet another item I'll have to consider for my garage.
It is a very practical machine👍👍👍💪💪💪
Exelent machine mi respect to all of you
Awesome in every way I expect from Eastwood, except the price. Unfortunately about $1000 more than i was expecting and will have to be put WAY on the back burner for me as a non business customer. Love it, but will have to wait for one to turn up used for me to justify it.
I work on aircraft parts and this thing would work excellent in my shop but considering all the features it's probably a bloody Fortune
excellet
Does it have a de-magnetizing mode as well (for when the bend bars or metal dust gets magnetized and starts sticking to everything) ?
that's not an issue. I have the baleigh versions. this is the same thing, just painted black.
@@rollandelliott Huh. Does it run directly on AC? Because _that_ would make sense since it would basically magnetize something, then demagnetize it 60 times per second.
Can i ask how it does aluminum since a magnet does not work with aluminum. I am wondering about that. Thanks
It doesn't have any problems with aluminum because the bar that you put it between is steel therefore it bends aluminum
Doesn't it atract a lot of grinding dust from the garage with those strong magnets?
no because the magnet is normally off. only turns on when electicity goes through
Mine worked for a few days and quit, not alot of help from Eastwood so far.
Just curious did you put in a transformer to take the voltage down to 220 from 240?
voltage supply is critical on these ,,, they wont work well off a wall socket
will it work on 208 V
This is designed to work on 220/240v
china must be knocking these out by the truck load ,,, in so many colors too ,,,
but do you mention how critical the voltage is ,,, and I mean critical . these should come with a bucking transformer and they dont , or at least they didnt used to.
