In this episode we make a much more nice sounding module. A classic two opamp design that creates a voltage controllable oscillator that produces both a square wave and a triangle wave output. I found this circuit at a site called allaboutcircuits.com where a Robin Mitchell has a very nice article describing VCO and CV. Much of the designs and information in that article is taken from Rene Schmitz site Schimtzbits.de, so a shoutout to him aswell, for great information and designs.
This build is a little bit more complicated than the first, and depending if you want "exponential CV control" it takes a bit longer to build aswell... As explained in the video ExpCV isnt necessary except if you want to use a CV keyboard or control surface like the BeatStep to control the VCO.
