beautiful hike to the alpine huts near Reutte Tirol

- There are beautiful forest paths and mountain meadows on this culinary circular hike in the Reutte nature park region (Tyrol, Lechtal) between Hahnenkamm and Schneidspitze. On some days there is also occasional musical accompaniment ;-)
Starting at Holz, Wängle or Winkl, you first climb steeply on good forest paths. However, the first few meters of this route are an overgrown, old hiking trail (the new path is a few hundred meters away). Then continue on good hiking trails across wonderful mountain meadows up to the Lechaschauer Alm. Great view over the Reutter valley basin and the Zugspitze region. At approximately the same mountain height - below Schneidspitze and Gehrenspitze - continue to Gehrenalpe (approx. 45 minutes). From there you take a well-prepared hiking trail back to the starting point. Total distance around 8.5 km and 800 meters in altitude. Live music on the alpine pastures at the weekend :) #wanderschön
