Rover has multiple element which means there is no point of giving them elemental bonus damage. 12 Echo slot, add 2 Crit stat 4 slot worth, and 3 ATK% echoes and they are cooking
When I first played, I immediately compared Rover to Traveler (Genshin) and was quite happy with Rover's performance. Even at launch, I immediately knew that Traveler was going to be useless - completely outshined by the standard banner characters, even Jean who isn't meant to be used as a damage dealer (although she can and is decent at it). Rover, however, holds their own and is clearly better than 4 star dps characters, unlike Traveler. Depending on use, Rover can even challenge other 5 star characters in terms of dps and overall usefulness.
I like the game that make the mc worth to invest on, cause i like to play the story of the game with the mc, hopefully wuwa keep the mc good to play or even more
Good news! You can unlock havoc rover on the current patch, no need to wait for more leaks or future updates. Someone already got havoc rover for completing the current story quest and for reaching UL21
@@akirahill8091 his ascent and speed to talk make it hard to understand. There is a lot of people speaking faster than him, so i guess the problem for me to understand him is his ascent. Thats all
@@oscarrodriguez3086 Go to the setting on the video, go to playback speed, set to .5 or .75x speed. Also turn on CC for your language. Hope this helps.
I didn't notice this at first, but I kind of agree. There are points where is sounds like a ramble. Sometimes the cadence is like he's racing to get to the end of the sentence. Good content though, will continue to check in
